4 bolt installation at 6.6 cm on center New old stock product.  Marked 41101-382-610 Purchased from an old line Honda dealer who stocked lots of OEM and high quality replacement parts in the heyday of Japanese imports but is now closed.

428 chain, 4 bolt pattern with sight inset design 43 tooth.  Marked with product code of XL125

These sprockets are new and within +- 2 teeth of specified OEM sprocket sizes from Reputable Sprocket Charts.    larger  number of teeth give you faster acceleration.  smaller number of teeth give you more top speed.
