We had a Great Time at the Antique Motorcycle Club of America National meet last week. We were Just there on Friday, and missed the rain they had on Saturday. It's parking lot was absolutely crammed with ride in attendees. Some really good looking Harley iron to see.
The show as billed is mostly Harley and Indian bikes and parts., However there is a good smattering of Jap Bikes and parts in the swap meet.
The swap meet setup is soooo much better than Vintage Motorcycle Days. Half of it is under tree shade. It is compact so you don't really need a pit bike like at VMD. They also have a lot of water spigots, so people are hosing themselves and the dust down.
The really interesting part is that it costs only $5 to park.. If you are a walk-in admission is FREE! What a bargain.
It is a great show, but be warned. Wauseon is located in the middle of no-where in NE Ohio. Since it was a good sized drive from Columbus, we dove tailed a vacation to the delightful western shores of Lake Michigan--Saugatuck and Holland. Great locations themselves.
