Wow this is a very rare rack. It is a AAA brand rack clearly marked CB350K4 G. The CB350 K4 G model was the last CB350 Honda model.  It came with a front disc brake, forks that were covered, and a rear grab rail.  I have included a picture of the CB350K4 G for comparison sake

This rack is meant to work with the grab rail, many people have had to take the grab rail off because a rack wouldnt' work with it.

This rack is in excellent condition, with very minor rust at some of the welds.  The chrome is bright, and the shock mounts are rubberized for protection.
