Description
There is a reason the Honda CB350 was the best selling motorcycle over 50cc that Honda ever made. The were beautiful, high performing, yet simple to maintain. Here is an outstanding example. It is 100% stock with the exception of two new tires/tubes and battery!
A problem with buying a used bike online is what you don’t know about it, and what about the condition of the tires!
In this case you can rest easy. It has been given a $570 refurbish and tuneup from an experienced Honda mechanic. This included: Brand new battery, tire/tubes, carburetors rebuilt, rebuilt petcock, new fuel lines new rear brake shoes, oil change, Showing a very low 4660 miles, this is a mechanical marvel from Honda. All factory switches/grips, mirrors as well as its chrome grab handle. Original clean, air filter/airbox arrangement, not a cobbed up filter sock sitting on a carb.
Everything electric works with the original Honda key. Starter, Speedo, tach, headlight/tail light neutral light turn signal light . Chrome rims are beautiful. Seat locks down as it should, and it has the factory plastic cover for the owner’s manual(not included) A copy of the invoice is included in the pictures.
The exhaust pipes which are usually badly rust holed, are excellent high chrome no rust though and they still have their mufflers. The fenders are absolutely straight and high chrome. All the chrome is exceptional. Even the shock covers and springs which are usually rusted are bright chrome. The sidecovers have no cracks and are bright red /not faded and have original emblems. . This baby purrs at idle, but quickly growls up to the redline in all gears, then will settle down to a nice low idle. I have included a picture of it idling at 800 rpm. Throttle, Clutch, shifting braking, all work like new.
Does it have any demerits. It has under slight rusting in the under carriage that any 42 year old bike ridden in the Midwest would have. A few of the rear spokes have rust. The rear fender has a couple of small spots of rust towards the outside lip. There is a dent on the left front fork cover. The gas tank has two shallow depressions but no paint is broken. It is missing some paint right around the top “U” that wraps around the steering head. All of which are pointed out in the pictures.
If you are looking for an original CB350 tuned to perfection and ready to ride, this is it!
Sales tax at 6.75% will be collected if sold to an Ohio buyer
