A nice looking horn, its identification plate is very clear.   It works great, checked with  battery.   Will work with 6 or 12v.  This must be a very early horn, because it has screw wire connectors to take a wire ring, not the usual bullet connectors. 

Mounting holes are 2.1  cm on center This might be from a REAL early Honda model.  Collectors if you know about this type of connection, this may be just right for you.
