New Old Stock never used. Purchased from an old line Honda dealer that went out of business.  Sale  Includes its factory U Bolt mounting hardware.  Total length 49 cm.  Width at mounting 27 cm on center.  The top mounting face is 35 cm across. So please make certain it will fit your application
