Taken from a 1972 CB350 Will also fit a CL350. Chrome is thick and lustrous, no rust on top, just slight surface rust underneath. This is a beauty. the backrest does have about a three inch separation of material at the top shown in the pictures. If you don't want the backrest, I would remove it and deduct $19.00 from the cost
