Linked shifter, splines are excellent. Not sure if it is for the earlier 250/305 series or the CB350 models that used a linked shifter. Email me for dimensions. to make sure that fitment is correct for your need.
Linkage end is in very good condition all moving parts move easily, splines are excellent. The shifter Toe has been clumsily welded. It also has a small crack pointed out in one of the pictures. The shifter end holds against hard hand pressure I put on it, however it is suggested that it be re-welded before use. It is priced accordingly.
