Wow, no mixing and matching of parts.  This handlebar is complete with switches that all snap into position, all factory wiring connectors are complete and uncut, and the handlebar is straight!   Chome is excellent.

Fits all CL350 models and Will also fit a 1968-1973 CB 350 the difference is the CL350 has a cross bar also.
