OEM right sidecover in rare candy panther gold. Unfortunately Its vent slats are broken off. It had a very small 3/4" crack near its center rubber mounting that has been strongly repaired with clear epoxy and screen. It will mount solidly and not break at the repair. dOEM badge/mounting itself is worth the $49 price
