Unknown  clutch.. Most likely a Honda.  Completely assembled, looks nearly new

The unit  is 10.35 cm in total diameter, its thickness is 5 cm.  shaft opening is 2.4cm It  has  7 clutch plates, 6 metal  spacers, It has one small crack in the outward facing
