This is marked Honda SL350, I have every reason to believe that is correct as I have compared it with a 1970 Honda CB350 model toolkit list (shown) and it is almost totally complete.
It has the following
Axle wrench , 17/19, 10/14, 8/12 wrenches. 45mm pin wrench, pliers, spark plug wrench, and screwdriver handle with all 3 blades .
It is an original bag, which is intact but has several holes from shifting tools.
