Purchased from a long time owner in Michigan. It shows a bare 1700 miles on the odometer, and from his description of minimal use, and looking at the condition of the original tires, I believe the mileage could be correct
I had one of these in 1972. They had so many interesting features I could hardly turn it down at the price. An as a street legal enduro it had industry leading 21 HP rotary valve powerhouse of an engine. It had front forks that were three way adjustable, It even had "brush chains" on the foot brakes and shifter! It also came with a luggage rack and that wonderful sound a rotary valve engine.
Look at the engine statistics from Google AI. Kawasaki was the horsepower torque king.
