Fits either model. Good structural condition, no cracks, but it does have a small section that is broken off.  I point to it in a picture.  It does not affect headlight placement and its mounting.

Neutral wire to ground included. It still has its high beam light insert included. Shows a lot of sun fading, you may want to repaint it.
