taken from a 1972 CB350, so will fit all years.  If  you have a late model 1973 CB350G model, you will have to take off your grab handle to fit it. 

Very good structural condition.  Pictures were taken in high sunlight so you get a good look at it. The chroming on the top/ of the horizontal surfaces was not high quality,  It had started to rust.  I bead blasted it, and painted with Chrome Paint.  it looks pretty good for a rider.
