CB360T Original paint and badge no broken vents. It does have scrapes Priced lower because the bottom mounting hole which was broken off but it has been strongly repaired with a JB Welded blue colored metal washer-hardly noticeable from distance. It will take the mounting bolt and hold it in place just fine. It is priced accordingly
