OEM Mikuni Carburetor. Marked 35B.  Nots sure what it fits, but probably from a three or four wheeler under 200cc as its main jet is a 115. (Jets can be changed for  your application)  The carburetor's engine intake side measures 30mm. 

It is complete and very clean inside, the slide moves easily and enrichener pulls out and pushes in cleanly. The throttle Cable is 41 inches long, and is fully functional actuated from its lever that is mounted to the handlebar.
