Clearly stamped AAA brand CB CL 350 1972 which was the predominant aftermarket supplier of luggage racks. Very good chrome top and bottom very slight rust at welds. The lower back edge has a about an inch scrape. Since it is low it is hard to see from normal height. It is pointed out on the picture.
Will fit all years of CB350
