Wow is this a find.  A complete exhaust system for the first year XL250.  it has surface rust, but it is light.  Super solid muffer no rust through, mounting brackets excellent.  Heat shield light rust but in straight beautiful shape.  Original Badge in good shape.  Run this through a nut blaster, and repaint and it should look like new.
